Refund and Cancellation

Order Cancellations:

Since we sell made-to-order products we cannot cancel orders after they are sent for production. However a customer can cancel the product/sign purchased within 60 minutes only from the time of purchase. Beyond 60 minutes the order is deemed final and cannot be cancelled. You will need to send an email with subject line "Cancel Order <Order Number>" to hello@crazyneon.com within 60 minutes of ordering in order to be eligible for cancellation and refund.

Returns/Replacement/Refunds:

crazyneon guarantees the products it sells are free from manufacturing defects and will help our customers with replacement in case the product fails due to any manufacturing defects or gets damaged during shipping.

crazyneon does not guarantee or warrant that its products will work for any intended purpose or in any set of conditions. You agree that the determination of whether a products failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of crazyneon (webcom ventures LLC). You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by crazyneon as to the cause of the failure or breakage.

We offer Returns, Replacement or Refunds for faulty products only. We will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, partially refund or send partial replacement of the faulty product after careful inspection of delivered products. To enable us

Crazyneon bears no responsibility for any costs incurred for installing and/or uninstalling your sign. If, in the unlikely event that your product or sign is experiencing a presumed fault, we will request videos and photos for diagnostic purposes and may require the product/sign to be sent back us. If you have installed and/or hard wired your product/sign, We (crazyneon) takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign or product. If your sign has been wired and/or modified by an electrician we reserve the right at our sole discretion to decide if the fault is covered under our 24 month warranty or not. Please note our 24 Month warranty applies to only indoor signs.

crazyneon will not allow any refunds unless there is error on the part of us. Refund value will always be less than or equal to the sold price of the product excluding shipping charges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require you to always record video and click pictures while unboxing the received product as a proof for speedy and undisputed claims.
