The team was extremely responsive and thorough in answering all my questions regarding design and customization. They also made sure to ship my order faster than their usual time in order to fulfill my tight deadline. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. The neon sign is beautiful and we are thrilled with it. If I had another neon project I would definitely come back to Crazy Neon.

I ordered for my seven year old granddaughter, Hailey as she was moving into her own bedroom. I was amazed at how it turned out. Her dad mounted in to a barn board back drop and it looks wonderful. I was initially worried it may have been too large but was perfect. It arrived quicker than we anticipated!! And in perfect condition !!! Hailey is over the moon with it!

Quality AND service are rare these days. As we enter the AI world, human interaction is even more valuable to some of us. The team helped create a custom design for my wife’s business as a birthday present. They were super easy to work with and the end result was awesome. My wife loves it! When it arrived one of the leads was a little loose causing it to flicker. I let customer service know and they instantly sent a new one and we couldn’t be happier. Will definitely use again!
It took a lot of back and forth and reworking on the part of CrazyNeon. They stuck with me and delivered this AMAZING sign for my studio! Even the electricians were pretty thrilled with it and my landlord and my students. I'd been so looking forward to getting this sign and also trying not to get my hopes up. I got exactly what I wanted! It turned out so cute and was packaged very well so it got here safe and so fast! I can’t wait to get it hung up!
The whole process with crazy neon was very effortless. I uploaded a picture of my business logo and they had a mock-up design faster than I had expected. They worked with me on sizing and once confirmed, the rest was so lightning fast. They finished the light and it shipped to me in under two weeks. The DHL shipping they have in place gave me some comfort as well. Overall I am so satisfied with my new light! I only have an out of box picture, but when I get my new storefront put together I will put an updated review!
