Warranty coverage: 24 Months
Warranty registration is mandatory for any future claims.
Key Guidelines
- Protect electrical components under a shed or cover. Damage caused by moisture or adverse weather conditions voids the warranty.
- CRAZY NEON® does not cover installation/uninstallation costs.
- Signs modified by an electrician will be evaluated for warranty claims at our discretion.
Faulty Products
- Kindy share photos or videos for review.
- Return the product for internal testing.
- After the issue is identified and approved. Faulty parts (sign/electrical components) will be replaced.
- Refunds or replacements will be decided on a case-by-case basis after inspection.
Product Variations
- Slight differences in size, color, or shape are normal due to handcrafted production.
